SYNOPSIS
The story of the series takes place in 1986 while a series of corrupt boys are horribly killed in New York City. Teddy Roosevelt, who has recently been promoted to police officer, calls Dr. Laszlo Chrysler (criminal psychiatrist) and John Moore (newspaper illustrator) to work secretly on the matter. Sarah Howard (a tough secretary in the police department) also joins them in the investigation.
